An IPP in the renewable energy sector, with solid global presence is seeking a Compliance Manager to join the team:
Tasks:
Implement and monitor compliance programs (AML, Governance, Codes of Conduct, Data Protection (GDPR), etc.).
Implement the Compliance and Crime Prevention Management Manual and the Risk Management Model.
Analyze operations for potential risks and suspicious activities.
Draft and review policies, procedures, and remediation plans.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Identify and assess business risks.
Perform audits and generate reports to improve risk and security systems.
Support regulatory updates and due diligence processes.
Oversee and support compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR), including coordination of privacy-related controls and risk assessments.
Profile:
Degree in Law and specialization in Compliance.
At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of regulations in the financial sector (AML, GDPR, etc.).
Proficiency in English and Excel.
Knowledge of financial markets and risk management systems.
