Job Mission: The Retail Design Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of retail design projects. Their mission is to create innovative, luxurious, and commercially effective brand environments, always respecting the identity and strategy of each brand.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Retail Design Project Development and Execution:
2. Lead the design and implementation of sales spaces and perfumery projects, adapting to the international guidelines of the brands and client needs.
3. Generate innovative design proposals aligned with the brand strategy.
4. Validate budgets and manage cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Ensure thorough monitoring and supervision of each project's implementation until completion.
6. Visual Merchandising Management:
7. Lead and supervise the Visual Merchandising team in the development and implementation of the visual merchandising plan across all commercial circuits. The objective is to ensure compliance with the brand strategy, optimize visibility, and enhance the customer's navigation experience at points of sale.
8. Supplier Relationship:
9. Manage and coordinate with external suppliers, including budget review and production supervision, to ensure the quality and correct execution of projects.

11. Administer the annual CAPEX allocated to retail design projects for the brands under their responsibility.
