Your mission:
As a Sales Assistant in our flagship store, you will be a brand ambassador, delivering an outstanding luxury customer experience, building long-term relationships with local and international clients, and contributing to the overall store performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and a personalized luxury experience.
- Achieve individual and team targets (sales, UPT, ATV, conversion, etc.).
- Acquire, retain, and follow up with clients through CRM (clienteling).
- Master the sales ceremony: product storytelling, styling, cross-selling.
- Maintain high standards in visual merchandising, tidiness, replenishment, and product care.
- Support stock deliveries, inventory control, and daily operational tasks.
- Contribute to a positive, proactive, service-driven team environment.
Must-have requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (premium/luxury retail preferred).
- Comfortable working with targets and high standards.
Nice to have:
- Flagship / high international traffic experience.
- CRM/clienteling experience.
