The role focuses on building robust systems and processes to maximize enrollment growth while leading a dedicated team specializing in CRM management and campus visits. You will drive data-informed decision-making, optimize conversion rates, and ensure our recruitment strategies effectively achieve Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) enrollment targets. /ppbr/p pstrongREPORTING TO /strong /ppDirector of Marketing, Admissions Communications /p pstrongOTHER KEY RELATIONSHIPS /strong /ppHeads of School, Specialist Coordinators, Marketing Manager /p pstrongTasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: /strong /p pstrongStrategic Leadership Process Management /strong /pulliLead the complete admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring systematic approaches that maximize conversion rates /liliWork alongside the DAM Marketing Manager to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with school FTE targets and growth objectives /liliDesign and oversee Family Experience Journey (FEJ) initiatives to streamline operations, increase satisfaction and eliminate inefficiencies /liliEstablish clear workflows, timelines, and quality standards for all admissions activities /liliCreate and maintain admissions policies, procedures, and best practices documentation /liliActively establish, promote and maintain positive relationships with senior leaders and the academic team /liliConduct regular process reviews and implement continuous improvement measures /li /ul pstrongEnrollment Management Offer Letters /strong /pulliOversee the complete offer letter process, from application review to final enrollment decisions /liliMake admission recommendations in collaboration with DAM academic leadership /liliManage enrollment capacity across grade levels and ensure optimal class compositions /liliCoordinate with finance department on fee structures and payment processes /liliHandle complex admissions cases and escalated family concerns /liliMonitor enrollment pipeline and forecast achievement against FTE targets /li /ulpbr/ppstrongTours, Visits Stakeholder Engagement /strong /pulliOversee campus tour programme and ensure exceptional visitor experiences /liliHandle VIP visits and prospective families requiring senior-level attention /liliRepresent the school at education fairs, community events, and networking functions /liliMaintain awareness of market situation, USP and competitor school offering /liliMaintain relationships with feeder schools, educational consultants, and embassy contacts /liliSupport marketing initiatives /li /ul pstrongTeam Leadership Coordination /strong /pulliManage and mentor 2 Admissions Officers and 1 Admissions Coordinator /liliCoordinate team responsibilities to ensure a seamless family experience /liliConduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and goal-setting sessions /liliFoster collaborative environment while maintaining individual accountability /liliProvide training and support for new systems, processes, and admissions best practices /li /ul pstrongData Analysis KPI Management /strong /pulliEstablish comprehensive data collection systems to track key performance indicators /liliGenerate regular reports on conversion rates, enrollment trends, and recruitment effectiveness /liliAnalyze admissions funnel performance to identify optimization opportunities /liliMaintain accurate records for regulatory compliance and accreditation purposes /li /ul pstrongKey Competencies /strong /pulliStrategic thinking with strong execution capabilities /liliData-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making /liliExceptional organizational and project management skills /liliCultural sensitivity and international mindset /liliResults-oriented with focus on continuous improvement /liliStrong interpersonal skills for building relationships with diverse stakeholders /liliAbility to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail /li /ul pstrongSuccess Metrics /strong /pulliAchievement of annual FTE enrollment targets /liliImprovement in enquiry-to-enrollment conversion rates /liliReduction in admissions process cycle times /liliIncrease in family satisfaction scores /liliTeam performance and professional development outcome /li /ulpbr/ppstrongREQUIREMENTS /strong /ppbr/pulliBachelor’s degree in business administration or related field - mandatory. /liliPostgraduate business qualification (MBA or equivalent) - preferred. /liliMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in admissions or students recruitment - mandatory. /liliBackground in education, services, or regulated environments - desirable. /liliEnglish Spanish at bilingual level - mandatory. /liliCatalan - preferred. /liliRight to work in Spain - mandatory. /liliCompetent in ERP, financial planning tools, and Microsoft Office. /liliConfidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and regional cross-functional team. /li /ulpbr/ppAt Nord Anglia Education we are committed to providing a world-class, safe, happy environment in which children and young people can thrive and learn.
