What would you need?
* 6+ years of experience in digital accessibility implementation and auditing
* Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.0 / 2.1, Section 508, and WAI-ARIA standards
* Proficiency with AXE DevTools, Deque tools, WAVE, Lighthouse, and Accessibility Insights
* Hands-on experience with screen readers such as VoiceOver, JAWS, NVDA, TalkBack
* Ability to collaborate across Design, QA, and Development teams
* Experience leading or building accessibility teams is a plus
* Fluent in English and Spanish
* Availability to work remotely or relocate within 2-3 months
* Certification such as IAAP Web Accessibility Specialist is a plus
What will you do?
* Perform accessibility audits and develop prioritized action plans for WCAG / 508 compliance
* Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to ensure accessible user experiences
* Rewrite and review frontend code to enhance accessibility in live applications
* Conduct training sessions on accessibility principles and tools for QA and development teams
* Author and maintain VPATs and accessibility documentation
* Advise on best practices for accessible digital design and interaction patterns
* Drive initiatives to embed accessibility throughout the development lifecycle
* Support teams during product rollouts and user testing phases focused on inclusivity
