Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* The ability to define design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-release support within an agile development environment.
* An understanding of change management methodologies, quality assurance best practices, and deployment management to ensure change activities are delivered effectively while mitigating risks to systems.
* Demonstrable experience in technical leadership and mentoring engineering teams.
* Knowledge of microservice-oriented architecture, particularly on PaaS and/or AWS infrastructure.
Mandatory Skills
* Experience in BPM deliveries (e.g., Appian) and expertise in software engineering and cloud technologies.
* Strong understanding of operations processes.
* Proven experience in project delivery and management using Agile frameworks.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills at both technical and business levels.
* Experience in leading engineering and release priorities successfully through effective leadership and communication.
* Designing and delivering microservice/API-based environments, deployable on-premise or in the cloud.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to Have Skills
* Experience managing business stakeholders in complex scenarios requiring political awareness and negotiation skills.
* Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
