 
        
        **Responsibilities**: 
- Coordinate and audit payrolls for locations in EMEA, including off-cycle and supplemental payrolls, when appropriate 
- Maintain and audit employee data in payroll and time and attendance systems 
- Calculate and record any ad hoc payroll adjustments in payroll batches 
- Responsible for timely and accurate preparation of payroll related reports requested by 3rd party vendors, Human Resources, Finance, Plant Leads/Supervisors, and other areas of the business 
- Assists with troubleshooting timekeeping issues, first point of contact for employees and managers 
- Assist with year-end reconciliation by verifying year-end information 
- Investigate questionable data and take corrective action when necessary 
- Partner with key stakeholders (benefits, compensation, HRIS, HRBPs, etc.) to address business needs and issues proactively 
- Provide support to employees at all levels and locations of the company with questions, problem resolution, etc., in a timely and professional manner 
- Ensure compliance with internal control requirements and related policies 
- Work with 3rd party payroll provider and governmental agencies on tax notices 
- Assist with SOX testing 
- Assist with other projects as needed, including general payroll related projects 
Qualifications: 
Required Qualifications: 
- 3+ years multi-country payroll experience 
- Knowledge payroll and labor laws 
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions 
- Strong organizational skill and attention to detail 
- Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities 
- Ability to work independently and on as part of a team - resourceful and self-starter 
- Ability to work in a proactive, resourceful, and flexible manner 
- Proficient in English

- Prior exposure with Workday a plus 
- Experience with managing tickets 
- Experience with benefits programs a plus 
- Experience with equity transactions a plus 
- Spanish, French, German, Italian a plus 
Overview: 
This role will be responsible for all day-to-day payroll activities, including managing outsourced payroll processing for employees in EMEA. This will include maintaining and auditing employee data, reviewing and submitting payroll changes and one-time payments, reviewing payroll calculations, and other items as required, as well as running payroll reports, both scheduled and ad hoc.
