This role is crucial to ensure that products not only meet quality and safety standards but are also innovative and sustainable, aligning with market trends and consumer needs. Additionally, the role includes managing contracts with external service providers. /ppWill be active role on the automation of the production lines related to packaging in other locations. /ppbr/ppbMain responsibilities: /b /ppbr/ppbr/pulliInnovation and Development: Lead packaging innovation projects from concept to implementation, ensuring designs are functional, attractive, and sustainable. /liliProject Management: Coordinate and oversee the development of new packaging under his/her scope, working closely with marketing, production, and quality teams. /liliMarket Research: Analyse market trends and consumer needs to develop standout packaging solutions. /liliRegulatory Sustainability: Implement sustainable packaging practices, reducing environmental impact and complying with current regulations. /liliCollaboration: Work with suppliers and external partners to ensure quality and innovation in packaging materials and processes. /liliContract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with external service providers, ensuring services meet company standards and budget constraints. /liliContinuous Improvement: proactively identify and implement new opportunities to improve innovation capabilities and speed.
