We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in SAP S / 4HANA implementations to support our project team in delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP methodologies and have a proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to delivery. The candidate will join our Global Business Services Projects Team, embracing new VACC (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, Coach) leadership principles and scaling project capabilities to drive value for the organization and contribute to our Mission.
YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Strategic Oversight and Project Management : Lead the planning and implementation of programs and projects across multiple business lines to achieve strategic targets, including budgeting, resource management, and adherence to SAP best practices and methodologies.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals, while establishing and maintaining relationships with business leaders to enhance credibility and resolve issues.
3. Project Planning and Execution : Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful execution, while managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
4. Cross-Functional Facilitation : Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and address potential project risks proactively.
5. Risk Management : Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues, ensuring proactive management throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting : Monitor project success through metrics and reporting, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, and contributing to the development of practices and tools to enhance organizational capabilities.
7. Mentorship and Team Development : Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members to foster professional growth and development within the team.
WHO ARE YOU
* Bachelor's / master's in business admin, IT, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
* 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on SAP S / 4HANA.
* Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
* Strong understanding of SAP modules and business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
