Position Summary
In order to consolidate its brands in Europe and the Middle East, the North American Combustion Business Unit is looking for an Application Sales Manager (Aluminum) to reinforce the team. With strong business acumen and support from a dedicated team, the candidate will develop a sales strategy to grow volume and margin in the aluminum market.
Responsibilities
* Nurture OEM and end‑user customers through regular visits to understand their needs and assess potential projects.
* Coordinate and prepare quote submission and bidding processes in collaboration with the support team in Spain.
* Support project teams in technical meetings, negotiations, design approval meetings, and serve as the voice of the customers internally.
* Recommend agents and strategic partners for specific projects or regions.
* Ensure follow‑up during project development, from orders to equipment delivery.
* Scout new market opportunities through competitive intelligence, trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
* Cover territory across Europe and the Middle East.
Qualifications
* BSc or MSc degree in Engineering or related field, preferably with experience in engineering project management.
* Minimum 5 years of experience selling industrial equipment in the non‑ferrous sector (e.G., furnaces or burner combustion systems).
* Fluency in English (second language) is a must.
