Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Controller Assistant to support our finance team in maintaining accurate financial data, ensuring compliance, and assisting with reporting and control. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to build a strong foundation in financial control and corporate accounting.
Responsibilities
* Collection, cleaning, and checking data accuracy.
* Monitor expenses and support cost control initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
* Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing documentation and reports.
* Assist in controlling automation projects to improve internal processes.
* Generation and update of internal manuals related to processes and finance tools.
* Maintenance of reports in the FP&A tool.
* Support for the month-end numbers calculation.
* Manage confidential information.
Requirements
* Experience with ERPs will be valued.
* Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
* Ability to prioritize tasks and remain focused under tight schedules.
* Being able to adopt a team-oriented approach.
* Organized and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Passion for online business and new technologies.
