Customer Advisor - French Speaker
We are seeking a Customer Advisor with fluency in French to join our team. As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and guidance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
* Handle inquiries, technical questions, and service issues with a friendly and efficient approach
* Ensure customer satisfaction with accurate, personalized support
* Log customer interactions and feedback clearly in our system

Requirements:
* Fluent in French (C1/C2 – written & spoken)
* Basic English (B1/B2) for internal communication
* Strong customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in rotating shifts (5 days/week, 8 hours/day)
* Previous customer service experience is a plus
