Your Tasks
How to become an asset for our team:
* Negotiating and expanding local carrier contracts(Import & Export) in alignment with the regional PMO
* Managing payment terms, demurrage, detention and drop-off/pick-up agreements
* Hosting regular meetings with strategic carrier partners
* Creating a market overview(buying & selling) for the MED region
* Driving joint customer development for V & A customers together with local sales and operations teams
* Monitoring operational quality and KPIs across branches in your area of responsibility
* Maintaining rates in Freightify for local carrier agreements
Your Profile
What makes you special for us:
* Completed commercial or logistics-related education
* At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development within air & sea logistics
* Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
* Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
* Organizational strength and confidence in negotiations
* Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and CargoWise
* A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Mediterranean locations
