We are seeking a proactive, talented, and motivated individual to join a Talent Internship with one of our clients, a leading multinational consumer goods company in Madrid.
Support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of key talent processes, with a focus on learning and performance evaluation, ensuring processes are executed with excellence, KPIs are met, and initiatives generate real business impact.
Assist in the implementation and management of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Support the rollout of performance evaluation processes, including planning, retro planning, communications, and follow-up to ensure compliance.
Manage the operational logistics of learning and development processes, ensuring smooth execution of each phase.
Support the digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong interest in learning, talent development, and HR systems management.
High level of English.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and an interest in digital tools and LMS platforms.
