We are looking for a Clinical Research Manager to:
- Responsible for strategy development and operational execution of clinical development plans of corporate products.
- Design, planning, and management of Clinical Research projects, including costs, timelines, resources, and managing teams in an industry environment working also with CRO teams.
- Liaised with patients, team members, and other businesses to foster productive professional relationships.
- Administered regional budget and ensured operational quality goals achievement via robust business plans.
- Writing and final revision of presentations, technical reports, proposals, SOPs, and documentation for IP and FDA filling.
- Excellent laboratory skills (ISO, GLP/GMP), including the safe use of hazardous and toxic materials.
- Highly competent in a variety form development, and analytical development.
**SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**:
- More than 5 years as a CRA senior (Clinical Research Associate) in Pharmaceutical Companies
- Experience in managing CRA team, planning projects, and developing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, fluent in English.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches in response to changing business needs.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and make decisions. Degree in Pharmacy and Master in Clinical Research
