In this role you will standardize maintenance across Noatum Ports Spain terminals and optimize asset performance through a centralized CMMS. You will work with multi-site teams to implement best practices, analyze data, and drive reliability and cost efficiency. You’ll shape how maintenance is planned, tracked, and reported, contributing to operational excellence and strategic growth. This role offers cross-border collaboration, exposure to IoT-enabled predictive maintenance, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

- Develop and implement standardized maintenance procedures across all terminals
- Ensure compliance with ISO 55000, ISO 9001/14001/45001 and internal best practices
- Foster knowledge sharing and alignment among multi-site maintenance teams
- Oversee CMMS/EAM implementation, configuration, and ongoing management
- Ensure consistent data entry across terminals for reliable reporting
- Analyze maintenance data to drive asset performance improvements
- Create and maintain KPI dashboards (availability, reliability, costs, backlog, response time) using Power BI or Tableau
- Apply predictive maintenance using IoT and sensor data integration
- Identify cost-reduction opportunities via asset lifecycle analysis
- Coordinate maintenance planning, resource allocation, and contractor management
- Communicate with operations, safety, and executive teams to align on priorities
- Support CAPEX/OPEX budgeting and investment prioritization
