This role is ideal for someone early in their content career who wants to grow fast, learn how to build a brand voice, and be part of a team that values clarity over hype. Your mission is to help make Venga feel present, understandable, and human on social media.
Always-on social content
* Conceptualize, film, and edit daily content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
* Keep the brand active, relevant, and connected to current cultural and social trends
* Adapt ideas quickly into native, mobile-first formats
Creative campaigns & brand actions
* Participate in the ideation and execution of creative campaigns and special brand actions
* Support production and content creation for launches, activations, and experiments
* Bring fresh ideas while learning how campaigns are built end to end
On-camera presence & brand voice
* Act as one of the faces and voices of Venga
* Create native explainers, street interviews, and short-form content that humanizes technology
* Communicate clearly, confidently, and naturally on camera
Brand tone & narrative
* Apply Vengaโs tone of voice: transparent, human, local, and jargon-free
* Help ensure all content feels logical, accessible, and โzero dramaโ
Learning & optimization
* Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to understand what formats perform best
* Learn how to read performance signals and improve content over time
* Grow your skills in content strategy and social storytelling

* Early experience or strong personal interest in social media content creation
* Ability to generate ideas and execute them quickly and independently
* Comfortable filming yourself and speaking confidently in front of the camera

* Professional fluency in Catalan, Spanish, and English (written and spoken)
* Based in Barcelona, with a good understanding of the local culture and audience
* Curious mindset and willingness to learn about fintech, crypto, and financial products
* Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
