Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Software Developer with expertise in Supply Chain Systems. The candidate will have experience working in Agile environments, collaborating with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic business needs.
Technical Responsibilities:
* Develop and optimize ERP Supply Chain Systems, specifically Oracle EBS.
* System integration: Build APIs, ensuring best practices in design, coding, testing, and deployment.
* Stay updated with the latest supply chain technologies and trends to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration:
* Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
* Conduct code reviews, engage in pair programming, and provide ongoing feedback to maintain high code quality and standards.
Agile Development:
* Participate in and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
* Ensure development tasks are well-scoped, prioritized, and completed within sprints.
* Work with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to clarify user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with business objectives.
Supply Chain Systems Expertise:
* Leverage knowledge of supply chain systems to design, develop, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and visibility.
* Experience with system integration methods (APIs, SOA architecture, etc.).
* Apply best practices in demand planning, transportation management, warehouse management, and inventory optimization.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, operations, IT) to align technical solutions with business needs.
Business Collaboration:
* Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure technical solutions meet strategic goals.
* Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks.
* Coordinate with IT and business leaders to integrate supply chain systems with other enterprise platforms like ERP and CRM.
Project Management & Strategic Planning:
* Develop projects aligned with business objectives and deadlines.
* Identify risks in supply chain software development and propose mitigation strategies.
* Refine development processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and quality.
Integration & Automation:
* Lead the integration of supply chain systems with other critical platforms such as ERPs, CRMs, and WMS.
* Implement automation strategies to enhance performance, reduce manual processes, and optimize workflows.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
* Experience with BlueYonder (JDA), TMS (BluJay), Llamasoft, and similar platforms.
* Proven experience with Oracle EBS (preferably R12), including customizations and integrations via APIs.
* Knowledge of EDI/B2B technologies and processes.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
* Leadership experience in mentoring developers and guiding technical teams.
* Ability to work with business partners to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills bridging technical and business teams.
* Solid knowledge of database management, system integration, and supply chain processes.
* Experience with EDI translation tools (IBM Gentran), Order to Cash processes, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
* Skills in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, XML Publisher, OBIEE, OIC, JavaScript, React, Oracle Jet.
