This role is key to shaping how users perceive and emotionally connect with Gravl — from the first ad they see to the moment they open the app.You’ll work closely with the founders and design teams to craft messaging that resonates, campaigns that stick, and a brand that people trust and love.What You’ll DoCraft Gravl’s brand positioning, messaging, and personality — and evolve it as we grow.Build and maintain brand guidelines so we stay sharp and consistent across all channels.Collaborate with performance marketers, designers, and creators to make sure every campaign feels on-brand.Spot opportunities for Gravl to show up in culture — partnerships, content ideas, creative stunts, whatever gets people talking.Keep a pulse on how people perceive Gravl, what competitors are doing, and how we can stay two steps ahead.Turn features and product updates into narratives people actually care about.Write and review messaging for campaigns, app store copy, landing pages, video scripts, and more.What We’re Looking For3–5 years experience in brand, creative strategy, or storytelling — ideally at a startup, agency, or consumer tech company.Brand positioning & messaging :
You’ve helped shape a brand’s voice, personality, and story — and you know how to keep it consistent across every channel.Strong copywriting skills :
You can write sharp, scroll-stopping copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and in-app screens. You're just as comfortable naming a feature as you are writing a bold headline.Campaign development :
You know how to build out a campaign — from the core idea to messaging frameworks, creative briefs, and launch plans.Cross-functional chops :
You’ve worked alongside marketers, designers, creators, and product folks. You can speak their language and keep things moving.Audience understanding :
You know how to dig into user insights (or conduct lightweight research yourself) to craft messages that truly resonate.Social fluency :
You stay tapped into what’s trending on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and know how brands can show up authentically in those spaces.Creative feedback :
You can look at a design, video, or headline and offer actionable feedback that makes it stronger, more on-brand, and more effective.Bonus points :
If you’ve got hands-on skills with tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing platforms — even better.
