Technical Sales Manager - Animal NutritionLocation: St-Malo, Brittany, France, Barcelona Spain or Italy - Hybrid · Full-timeRole Overview:Reporting to the Western Europe Area Manager, you will play a key role in driving the commercial growth of specialty products, working closely with clients across the animal nutrition industry.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and expand the specialty product portfolio within your region.- Gather and analyze market intelligence (industry trends, technical and competitive insights, regulatory changes, opportunities, risks, growth prospects) to support strategic recommendations for Marketing & Innovation.- Understand client needs and challenges to deliver tailored product solutions.- Serve as the technical expert for your region, supporting and training sales teams to enhance their technical knowledge.- Negotiate agreements and oversee their implementation.- Prospect and secure new business opportunities.- Ensure smooth order processing and client service.- Maintain accurate reporting of activities and market data in the company CRM.Candidate Profile:- Degree in animal production or related field, with a passion for the sector.- At least 2 years of commercial experience in animal nutrition.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Fluent in English;
