About this opportunity We're hiring a Service Improvement and Automation Lead accountable of the processes and automation in the E2E C-SW 1.0 & SON organization. This role requires excellent knowledge in our Cognitive Software portfolio, including presales, deployment, Operations and Support. You will report to the Head of CSE CSW 1.0 & SON, being part of CSW1.0&SON leadership team ensuring high customer satisfaction through outstanding quality of service of our applications. What you will do: Optimizing the processes, WoWs and Tools in the C-SW 1.0 &SON organization for Pre Sales, R&D, Operation and Support To secure the knowledge of our Service Portfolio for a best-in-class service operations and support. Automated the processes for Observability/visibility in production environments. Secure the Quality Control process including FST and Problem Management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations & support as well as improve software offerings. Identify and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements to optimize resource allocation and financial performance. Actively contribute on the success of the entire CSW product portfolio. You will bring: Experience and track-record as Service Improvement and Automation Lead Strong contact network in MAs, CUs and inside CNS organization. Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field Strong leadership and people management skills Demonstrated experience managing resources and budgets for a services delivery unit or similar function. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, and drive results. Strong mentoring and team-building skills.
