About this opportunity
The Integration Project Manager is responsible for delivering the data centre's infrastructure fit-out and integrating security, telco, and corpnet design and implementation. Responsibilities include:
* Supporting Business Unit Directors in achieving business objectives.
* Engaging positively with customers and maintaining strong relationships.
* Ensuring high-quality services and deliverables that meet customer requirements.
* Managing construction phasing, CSA, and MEP deliverables.
* Overseeing telecom material procurement compliance.
* Reporting project progress.
* Ensuring telecom installer and contractor compliance.
* Coordinating client snagging, handover, and issue resolution.
* Utilizing acceptance 'smart forms' for space and system acceptance.
* Providing scheduling input for design solutions, change orders, and project milestones.
* Sharing lessons learned and continuous improvement throughout the project.
* Participating in change management and justifications.
* Addressing project phasing changes or delays with potential solutions.
* Coordinating security installation and physical security requirements.
* Managing procurement and integration scopes to facilitate commissioning.
* Conducting site quality reviews and managing handovers.
* Overseeing turnover-to-operations processes.
* Managing facility lockdown procedures.
* Advising directors on project issues impacting insurance and project success.

About You
Who we’re looking for:
Experience, Knowledge, and Key Skills
* 7+ years of professional experience in construction, including on-site roles.
* Experience in systems integration, infrastructure fit-out, and technical management for large projects.
* Recent experience with complex projects involving large-scale mechanical and electrical systems.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
* Methodical approach to work.
* Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and financial skills.
* Proficiency in ICT tools like MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Eligible to work in Spain.
Qualifications
* B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
