Responsibilities
* Engineer our employee affiliation engine: reliably process thousands of lifecycle events daily.
* Simplify payroll and billing: craft tools that HR teams love.
* Build seamless integrations: connect with platforms like Payfit and Workday so things “just work.”
* Automate workflows at scale: adapt solutions to companies of all sizes across multiple countries.
* Make billing delightful: ensure invoices are accurate, reliable, and easy to manage.
* Collaborate across teams: partner with product, design, and ops to deliver a unified experience.

Your playground
* Stack: Python/Flask, React, React Native, PostgreSQL.
* What you’ll do: ship solutions that handle high complexity and scale across multiple countries, collaborating closely with product and design teams.

Who we’re looking for
* Software engineers of all experience levels, ideally with backend and full‑stack experience.
* Comfortable digging into complex business logic, especially around insurance and payroll.
* Passionate about turning complex processes into simple, elegant solutions.
* Experienced in building scalable systems that handle real‑world complexity.
* B2B experience is a plus.
* Well‑versed in OOP languages (Python, Java, C#) and excited about modern web technologies (JavaScript).
* Fluent in English (French is a plus but not required).
* Curious, self‑starting, humble, collaborative, and eager to grow.
