Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Engage with private and business customers by phone and email
* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services
* Confidently guide customers toward the best solutions and close deals with enthusiasm
* Follow up on warm leadsno cold calling required
* Quickly assess client needs and offer tailored recommendations
* Accurately log customer interactions and share feedback to support continuous improvement
* Build long-term relationships by turning prospects into loyal customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
* Strong communication skills and a naturally engaging personality
* Commercial mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not essentialwe provide full training
* Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and processes
* Passion for sales and an interest in the printing or design industry is a bonus
* Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
