Experteer Overview In this role you lead transformative PLM/CAx software programs within Siemens Digital Industries Software’s Professional Services. You’ll orchestrate multi-project programs, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure measurable business value for customers. You collaborate across Sales, Engagement Management, and delivery teams to define program vision and governance while guiding teams to on-time delivery and profitable outcomes. - Orchestrate program delivery across multiple projects, managing contracts, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation
- Define program vision with customers and align to business strategy to identify value and growth opportunities
- Design and implement governance models with clear roles, responsibilities, and communication protocols
- Control program financials including budgets, margins, forecasts, and revenue recognition
- Lead and develop program teams, set targets, provide feedback, and manage partners/subcontractors
- Contribute to firm-building through training, best-practice development, and continuous improvement initiativesResponsabilidades
- University Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field
- Significant experience as a Services Program Manager in IT projects, preferably PLM platform implementations
- Proven track record leading complex corporate IT programs for large enterprises
- Experience managing and developing teams with advanced technical skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify problems and generate solutions
