As a Customs Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance and accuracy in the importation of goods into the United States. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, knowledge of customs procedures, and the ability to work closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to safeguard the company ́s global trade compliance program. Retrieve and review entry packets, including Entry Summary, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading. Cross-reference entries with the ACE (Automated Commercial Environment) portal to verify alignment of declared values, duties, and country of origin. Spot-check commercial invoices against declared entry values to identify discrepancies. Escalate inconsistencies, errors, or compliance concerns to the supervisor immediately. Maintain thorough documentation of all audits for internal controls and external regulatory compliance. Bachelor ́s Degree in Business Administration, International Commerce, or similar with 5+ years of experience in customs compliance, import/export operations, or related logistics/supply chain role. Experience in the medical device, automotive, or manufacturing industries.
