Location / Division Specific Information
The Fisher Scientific Channel bridges business and science as the single source for laboratory equipment, chemicals, instruments, life sciences reagents, and consumables.
The position is remote and can be located in any of the 18 countries where we operate in Europe, requiring fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English. You will work in a diverse, multicultural environment.

The Digital Account Manager will focus on growing the high number of low-revenue customers in Spain. This role involves joining a new team of Digital Account Managers and interns to drive growth across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategies to grow sales within the territory and encourage customers to self-serve online.
2. Engage high-potential customers via phone, video calls, and social media to drive revenue growth.
3. Assess customer needs, potential sales, and support requirements.
4. Customize messaging based on industry challenges and business objectives.
5. Demonstrate how to use our website for orders and support.
6. Build a network of customer contacts for marketing purposes.
7. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to prioritize customer outreach.
8. Transfer high-potential customers needing regular support to Inside and Field Sales teams, coordinating proactively.
9. Onboard and support new customers' eCommerce experience.
10. Pilot new sales tactics, such as using LinkedIn for prospecting, and collaborate on improving approaches.
11. Assist the eBusiness team in identifying and resolving website customer experience issues.
12. Maintain a sales pipeline in Salesforce to meet/exceed sales targets and manage pricing for profitability.
Education
* Bachelor's degree in Science or Business preferred.
Experience
* Experience interacting with customers to understand and resolve issues.
* Ability to build and maintain key relationships.
* Persistence and resilience in overcoming barriers.
* Sales or Customer Service experience is beneficial.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Self-directed and goal-oriented.
* Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
* Comfortable approaching new contacts and handling rejection.
