THE ROLE
Lateral Thinking is looking for an Account Manager to lead and nurture client relationships while managing sports-related experiential projects with excellence.
The ideal candidate is deeply connected to the sports world and genuinely passionate about its culture. This role acts as the bridge between Lateral Thinking’s clients (including global brands like Nike) and internal teams, ensuring every project is delivered with precision, impact, and creativity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and understanding their needs.
* Lead project planning and execution : timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
* Manage cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, production) to bring projects to life.
* Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand objectives.
* Proactively identify opportunities to grow accounts through strategic insights and upselling.
* Create and manage budgets, contracts, and timelines in collaboration with the production team.
* Analyze performance metrics to track impact and profitability.
* Solve challenges swiftly during execution, maintaining project momentum.
* Promote continuous improvement and innovation in project and account management.
KEY TASKS
* Maintain ongoing communication with clients, strengthening relationships.
* Lead the day-to-day execution of projects and campaigns as project owner.
* Develop timelines, detailed budgets, run of shows (ROS), and production plans.
* Conduct internal and external briefings and debriefs.
* Allocate tasks and oversee internal resources during production.
* Deliver high-impact project presentations and final reports.
* Manage administrative and financial project closure, including invoicing and supplier coordination.

* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
