Responsibilities
* Answer technical specifications (SOC = Statement of Compliance) from customers, solution descriptions, etc. (technical part of offer preparation)
* Act as the prime technical expert for Broadband Networks (BBN) ISAM and Lightspan OLT portfolio within the Fixed Networks Business Center
* Provide technical consultancy to customers & sales/pre-sales teams, including technical customer workshops on the selected technical subdomain
* Represent RBC in interactions with Product Groups, contributing to roadmap definition based on market requirements in the region. Feature capturing, tracking, prioritization, etc.
* Drive Nokia-internal knowledge transfer activities towards the business development teams for the selected technical subdomain: developing/coordinating training material, webinars, etc.
Key Skills and Experience
* Technical university degree (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent), with minimum 3-5 years experience in the telecom industry
* Fluent in English (written & spoken); other languages are a plus
* Team player, capable of working in an international and distributed organization and in cross-functional teams
* Quick learner, especially when no off-the-shelf training material is available. Strong interest in technical details
* Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to engage with customers and promote Nokia solutions at the technical level
Desired Qualifications
* Experience with Fixed Networks technologies and products
* Background in technical pre-sales
* Familiarity with software and cloud technologies
* Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
