Congress & Customer Experience Manager

We are looking for a Congress & Customer Experience Manager to coordinate the execution and flawless delivery of international congress experiences, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation across every touchpoint.
In this role, you will work in a cross-functional and highly creative environment, translating strategy into action by bringing together science, storytelling, and spatial design. You will manage multiple projects, partners, and stakeholders to deliver seamless, bold, and inspiring customer journeys that elevate our global presence.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and execute congress experiences across assigned brands and medical initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer experience, creative, and design strategies.
* Translate strategy into execution by managing timelines, budgets, and workflows to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Scientific Communications, IMA, Omnichannel, and other stakeholders for flawless coordination.
* Champion design quality, upholding creative standards and benchmarks.
* Oversee content approvals and compliance processes, ensuring all materials meet internal and external guidelines.
* Drive innovation by staying current on experiential, digital, and sustainability trends in healthcare.
* Benchmark against competitors and internal best practices to continuously elevate the congress experience.
* Foster strong collaboration and a “One Team” mindset, breaking silos across internal and external partners.
About You
* 5–8 years of experience in agency, experiential, or exhibition project management (healthcare and omnichannel experience is a plus).
* Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects from concept to execution.
* Strong understanding of creative workflows, event production, and experiential design.
* Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creative excellence and customer experience.
* Knowledge of pharma compliance or regulated industries is an advantage.
* Curious, collaborative, and motivated by transforming how science is experienced.
