Barcelona (Spain) or Maastricht (The Netherlands)
This role is responsible for ensuring that all monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and planning processes are executed with excellence, delivering high-quality outputs on time. It oversees the production of standardized and harmonized financial reporting, including performance commentaries and key exposure analyses, to support effective decision‐making across Business Units, the Executive Committee, and the Board. Acting as the custodian of critical financial KPIs, the role drives consistency and alignment in reporting decks across all Business Partners and Business Units, while contributing to long‐range planning activities in close collaboration with strategic teams at both Group and BU level.
Key Responsibilities
Owns and communicates Group Timetable for actuals and planning (RQE, RAF, Annual BU, Long range plan, etc.)
Guides and delivers monthly summary of results including key commentaries vs PY / Budget and other relevant KPI
Designs RQE / RAF and BU / LRP planning process and owns the Group consolidation of this process including high‐level drivers' analysis (vol / mix, pricing, Fx, M&A; etc.)
Delivers reporting decks in preparation for ExCO and/or Board meetings on closing and planning consolidation
Strong liaison with BU Finance heads to ensure delivery of results as well as interpretation / bridges
Works closely with IT and Transformation office to lead continuous improvement projects (e.G. planning automation)
Works closely with Strategy team to deliver the financial metrics related to Group ambition in 3‐5 year horizon
Works closely with Investor Relations in preparation of external disclosure of results and outlook
Works closely with HR to help assess the outcome of financial processes on STI/LTI indicators
Works closely with Program offices to include synergy targets within planning processes as well as monitoring

You Bring
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Accounting
15‐20 years' experience working in an FP&A; capacity, including team building/managerial responsibilities. In‐depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
Ability to structure, manage, and coordinate complex cross‐enterprise projects and processes with multiple partners
Ability to anticipate issues, and ensure integrity and accuracy of data while being capable of higher‐level interpretation and explanation
Delivery Results: drive for improvement of business results and higher level of performance
Driving Change: build a culture of change by transforming and aligning an organization through its people to move in new and challenging directions
