Location: Illetes, Calvià (Mallorca)
Work Schedule: Full-time (37h/week according to agreement) – Possibility of part
time (mornings)

We specialize in health, life, and business insurance, and we work both directly with
clients and with a wide network of professional partners across Spain.

What you'll do day-to-day
Strengthen and grow existing clients
• Advise and support clients, identifying new needs.
• Offer clear, personalized solutions.
• Build long-term trusted relationships.
Develop and expand professional partners
• Maintain and strengthen the current partner network.
• Expand it with new strategic contacts across Spain.
• Build trust and long-term collaborations that generate recurring business.
Drive sales with strategy
• Present proposals and close policies.
• Meet KPIs and growth targets.
• Contribute to campaigns and commercial initiatives.
Support with admin tasks (20%)
• Basic CRM/ERP management.
• Coordination with clients and insurers.

Requirements
• Experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.

• Spanish required. English highly valued.

What we offer
Permanent contract with trial period.
Fixed salary of €22,000 gross/year.
