TraceAir (www.traceair.net) is a construction SaaS company that provides data analytics to help construction teams better manage their job sites. We currently work with top land developers, home builders, contractors, and engineers across the United States and Canada. This is a great chance to work with a fast-growing Series B company.
Today, our software guides sitework, so our clients can build on schedule and within budget. Every day across the world, leading homebuilders and land developers use TraceAir to collaborate. For them, TraceAir serves as a "single point of truth" that shows and measures daily work progress, helps optimize next steps, and prevents costly errors.
The team of almost 200 people is distributed across many time zones, from San Francisco to Yerevan and further east to Kazakhstan. Right now, we are growing our presence in Valencia, Spain! We work in small cross-functional SCRUM teams, practice DevOps, and embrace automated testing and CI/CD.

The Role
We Are Looking For a Confident And Ambitious TypeScript+React Full-stack Developer With Experience Building Comprehensive Web Applications, Ideally With Map Functionality. The Candidate Should Be Fulfilling Complicated Business Requests Of Two Sorts
* Quick and most likely disposable prototypes to check product hypotheses
* Robust production solutions that make construction people happy, and endure years remaining flexible, scalable, and maintainable
A new team member is going to join market hypothesis testing and maintain the main client-facing TA product and satellite applications, closely collaborate with the designers and product managers, and take part in automated testing, deployment, releases, and monitoring.

Job requirements
* 3+ years of TypeScript front- and backend development experience
* Any backend JS/TS framework experience
* Proficient in modern React
* Confident git user, git flow
* AWS or other cloud platform experience
* Ready to work and grow in a cross-functional paradigm
* Automated software testing
* Basic algorithms and data structures understanding
Nice to have
* Awareness of modern technologies and approaches
* Web maps, GIS
* Firm Nest.js understanding
* CI/CD practicing experience
* DevOps mindset — we are the ones who both develop and run our software platform

* Good algorithms and data structures
