ResponsibilitiesData Engineering & Data Governance
Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to optimize data pipelines and ensure the quality, integrity, and availability of information.
Play a key role in the new data model for Latin America reporting module.
Extract, transform, and model complex data structures.
Support the evolution of the data architecture and promote a data‐driven culture across the organization.
Analytics & Business Intelligence (BI)
Analyse and understand the main processes from the different business areas (Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Marketing).
Work closely with internal teams to understand reporting and analytical needs.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using DataViz tools.
Provide support and training to users on how to interpret and leverage reports effectively.
Data Science and Machine Learning
Conduct exploratory data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Build and apply statistical and predictive models to optimize marketing and sales decisions.
Automation & Operational Efficiency
Implement process automations to enhance efficiency and reliability in data operations.
Prototype AI agents to automate repetitive tasks of moderate complexity.

Experience and Qualifications
Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Strong problem‐solving skills.
Experience collaborating with Data Engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and ensure data quality.
Solid skills in data modelling and building interactive dashboards (e.G., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Experience working in development environments and with data languages/frameworks (e.G., TSQL, PLSQL, Pandas, NumPy).
Familiarity with automation and process optimization to drive efficiency.
Knowledge of statistical or predictive modelling to support business decisions.
Clear communication skills and a proactive, data‐driven approach.
LocationThe position will be based in Madrid (Spain) with occasional global travel expected.
