We are looking for a driven and highly analytical marketing professional to join our Paid Search team as an Analyst. In this role you will manage and own the performance of Search Ads (SEM, ASA and ASO), one of Rappis most relevant paid media channels, across 3 7 countries. This will allow you to have an immediate and meaningful impact on the company.
You will be responsible for making sure the end to end operations of the Google Search, Apple Search Ads and App Search Optimization channels work as expected, and for working with your manager to bring the most new users at an efficient cost through budget allocation and bidding optimization. For this, youll need to develop and leverage reporting, tracking and analytical tools that allow you to do this job effectively.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
1. Acquire a deep understanding of the end 2 end operations of the Search channels, to identify improvement opportunities and places where issues could occur
2. Create high level reporting for each step of the process that allows you to quickly identify issues
3. Communicate with internal (Adtech, product) and external (Google, Apple) teams, to identify opportunities and bugs, and troubleshoot the latter
4. Track performance on a daily basis, to make sure we are spending the budget provided to the channel in the most optimal way
5. Implement budget allocation and bidding strategies to continuously maximize the volume of first orders delivered through the Search channels
6. Work closely with creative teams to continuously improve product visuals
7. Identify improvements to Rappis web and app that could enhance the experience of customers entering Rappi through search channels
