a practical, results-driven approach to livestock biosecurity.Your mission? Build relationships, lead innovation in the field, and support producers in achieving healthier herds and better outcomes.What are you going to do?
Build strong relationships with key swine integrators, producers, and dealers.Guide the shift from product sales to solution-based programs (HyCare).Organize and manage on-farm trials and demonstrations that showcase ROI.Collect feedback from the field and translate it into insights for product development.Deepen your knowledge of hygiene products and how they apply in swine production.Represent Schippers at trade shows, events, and conferences across the U.S.Actively expand our client base while supporting existing accounts.What we are looking for?
Solid knowledge of the swine industry, from animal care to biosecurity.A strong network in the U.S. pig farming and integrator landscape.Excellent communication skills, technical and commercial.A collaborative mindset:
