What you’ll achieve
Be the First Line of Defense:
- You will lead all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, ensuring production assets perform at their best with zero compromise on safety or quality.
- Lead from the Front:
- You will be hands-on when it matters most, stepping onto the shop floor to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues alongside your team.
Engineer Reliability:
- You will analyze failures, identify anomalies, and transform data into technical reports and continuous improvement actions that strengthen our maintenance strategy.
Own the System:
- You will manage maintenance operations autonomously through the CMMS, ensuring compliance with operational standards and seamless coordination with production and technical teams.
Build a High-Performance Team:
- You will motivate, coach, and develop technicians, providing technical guidance and supporting on-the-job training to raise capability across the team.
Who you are
Industrial Engineering Backbone.
- University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, with solid foundations in industrial environments.
- Additional technical specialization in electromechanics, industrial electricity, automation, or mechatronics is a strong plus.
Hands-On Maintenance Leader:
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance and a minimum of 3 years leading technical teams.
