Our mission is to contribute to help more people and business prosper.We embrace a strong risk culture and all of our professionals at all levels are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**As a **Governance Manager **you will help us in different fronts.- Undertake the tasks included in the capabilities’ procedures:- Calculation of exposures and distribution to stakeholders.- Keep update the benchmark inventory.- Coordinate benchmark set-up and deregistration.- Escalate to the Santander S. A. CIB Benchmark Oversight Forum discrepancies proposed by Clients to the Fallback Plan.- Communicate Fallback Plan to Business.- Perform Risk Assessment and report it to RCSA team.- Robust Plan update.- Review and update capabilities’ procedures.- Organize the Santander S.A. CIB Benchmark Oversight Forum (agenda, management information & materials, schedule, minutes )- Coordinate benchmark´s regulatory request responses.- Report to Global 2loD Regulatory Compliance:- Prepare the benchmark’s attestation.- Prepare the evidence.- Prepare any reporting ad-hoc.- First Point of contact on benchmark related matters:- Provide advice on EU BMR / UK BMR compliance related matters.- Coordinate benchmark transition in the event of a benchmark cessation.- Ensure relevant stakeholders across SCIB are aware of the relevant benchmark updates.EXPERIENCE- About 5 years of experience working with wholesale banking products, with experience in regulatory role valued.EDUCATION- Bachelor degree required (Business Administration and/or Law).SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE- Capacity to understand SCIB products (markets and banking). Knowledge of SCIB products desired.- Capacity to deliver with tough deadlines, prioritize tasks, and organize and run working groups.- Capacity to carry out different types of activities and responsibilities at once.- Microsoft 365 (office) knowledge required.- Fluency in both, Spanish and English.**Idiomas**:- Spanish
