We are looking for a MLR Process Manager.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the development and successful delivery of scientific publications and medical information plans.
Your duties will involve:
1. Continuous assessment and optimization of end-to-end processes with the support of Subject Matter Experts.
2. Managing platforms and tools such as planning, project tracking, workflows, roles, and responsibilities.
3. Gaining understanding of local regulatory requirements for project execution.
4. Collaborating with stakeholders across regions to gather feedback, provide updates, and promote continuous improvement.
5. Supporting the implementation of global MLR initiatives with local adaptations.
6. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance review efficiency.
7. Coordinating stakeholder meetings and aligning teams.
8. Developing demand forecasts, asset planning, and resource allocation.
9. Tracking agency performance and maintaining content compliance.
10. Supporting platform changes and guiding teams through transitions.
11. Providing platform training and user support to ensure system adoption.
12. Creating performance reports to inform data-driven decisions.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, etc.).
* A Master's degree in a scientific field with additional education in Operations Management, Process Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or Information Management is highly valued.
* Experience working with Veeva Vault.
* Fluent English (written, reading, speaking).
* At least three years of experience in Medical Information, Medical Publication Management, or Medical Affairs.
* Knowledge of interpreting requirements, developing solutions, and communicating effectively.
