We're hiring at smino. Join one of the leading SaaS platforms for the construction industry and help drive the digitalization of construction projects across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. We're expanding our sales team in Barcelona and looking for a German‑speaking sales professional with strong B2B outbound experience.
Responsibilities
* Acquire new customers in the German market
* Prospect via LinkedIn, email, and phone
* Run remote product demos via MS Teams
* Lead negotiations and close deals
* Onboard new clients and build long‑term relationships
* Work closely with Marketing & Customer Success
Qualifications
* Proven experience in B2B cold outreach/sales
* SaaS sales experience preferred
* Fluent German (mandatory)
* Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools
* Strong communication and closing skills
* Construction industry experience is a plus
