As part of a dynamic team, you will manage marketing automation tools like Pardot, leverage insights from the Customer Data Platform (CDP), and collaborate with Product, Sales, and external partners to enhance campaign performance and ROI.

Build, execute, and optimize multi-step email journeys and nurture flows in Pardot (or similar tools).
Manage audience segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing logic to drive qualified leads.
Collaborate with Product and Content Marketing teams to gather creative assets.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, cadence, and CTAs to improve campaign performance.
Leverage data from the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and CRM for improved targeting.
Support lead-generation efforts during trade shows or marketing events.
Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
~2+ years in marketing analytics, MarTech, or related fields
~ Proficient in Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar MAP tools.
~ Understanding of deliverability, personalization, and dynamic content.
~ Comfortable using CDPs, GA4, Excel/Sheets (v-lookups, pivots).
~ Skills in data visualisation tools (eg:Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce)
~ Understanding of AI-driven marketing tools, CDPs, and automation tools to support predictive analytics
~ Curious, willing to learn, and desire to grow in data-driven marketing
