HEAD OF SALES SPAIN

We are seeking a Head of Sales Food Service in Spain, reporting to the Country Manager Iberia and Head of Sales Food Iberia. You will lead a mission-oriented organization, ensure a top-tier work environment, and coordinate the Food Service Sales Department in Spain, as well as develop and implement commercial strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

* Manage all sales and commercial activities within the Food sector in Spain;
* Design mid- and long-term strategic plans, translating Electrolux Professional's strategy into actionable models within the territory;
* Set market share growth targets aligned with group commercial strategies;
* Drive profitable growth through commercial innovation and market share maximization;
* Oversee the management and delivery of the commercial P&L;
* Create value by optimizing sales performance and ensuring ongoing profitable growth in volume and value;
* Assess and minimize commercial risks;
* Analyze market trends to maximize the impact of the commercial strategy;
* Ensure proper pricing management and terms & conditions;
* Maintain and expand a network of existing and new customers/partners;
* Support the profitable development of key accounts;
* Manage, coach, and develop direct reports (Area Managers & BDM);
* Lead a cross-functional team and collaborate with other functions in a matrix organization;
* Manage customer relationships and incorporate customer insights into the company;
* Create a sustainable environment to develop talent aligned with commercial strategy;
* Implement and promote digitalization initiatives.

WE THINK YOU’LL THRIVE IF YOU

* Can define and drive long-term business goals, align teams, and adapt strategies to market changes;
* Possess strong operational leadership skills focused on efficiency and continuous improvement;
* Have experience in leading, motivating, and developing multicultural teams;
* Are fluent in Spanish and English;
* Hold a degree in Business Administration (BSc or MSc preferred);
* Have at least 10 years of sales experience in the industry;
* Have a solid understanding of the B2B Food Professional market (a strong advantage);
* Deep knowledge of the sales process from lead generation to closing;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
* Proficient in CRM systems, with Salesforce.com as a plus;
* Comfortable working in international environments;
* Strong command of Microsoft 365 tools.
