Role Overview We're seeking an experienced Growth Manager to drive the expansion of our B2B VPN offering. You'll shape product positioning, pricing, acquisition channels, and sales loops, working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Data teams worldwide. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end B2B growth strategy for Proton VPN, identifying high-impact growth levers across channels, defining KPIs, and executing scalable, data-driven campaigns that generate qualified leads and self-serve subscriptions. Design full-funnel marketing programs (paid acquisition, SEO, CRO) in partnership with the central Marketing team. Build outbound campaigns from the ground up. Develop a content strategy that positions Proton as a trusted authority in online security and privacy for businesses, collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Sales. Define and track key marketing performance indicators, and build the analytics stack in collaboration with the Data team. Qualifications 2–10 years of experience in a fast-growing B2B environment, in marketing, growth, or a strategic role. Hands-on execution mindset within a culture that values learning and innovation. Highly analytical and data-driven, comfortable using scientific or engineering approaches. Cost-efficient mindset, aligned with a bootstrapped startup culture. Experience driving revenue through outbound sales (valued). Experience building teams and processes from scratch (valued).
