KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Product team in managing product development workflows, ensuring tasks are organised and on track
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Support, Business Development, Tech) to gather requirements and ensure smooth product operations
Analyse user feedback, market trends, and internal data to identify opportunities for improvement to our B2B solutions
Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate insights and progress to stakeholders
Contribute to maintaining a high standard of execution across product initiatives
Assist with onboarding materials and training related to new features and updates
Help drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in product processes
Communicate professionally with Spanish-speaking clients
