What will your challenges be?
- Coordinate pilot and industrial scale-up manufacturing,
- Coordinate Assist to the manufacturing transferred to other subcontracted plants.
- Elaborate equipment and manufacturing procedures.
- Innovate in processes and procedures for coordination, follow-up and optimization of manufacturing processes.
- Design, elaborate, review and implement manufacturing process validation protocols and reports.
- Follow-up of stabilities of pilot and industrial batches manufactured by the area.
- Follow-up of the maintenance and calibration plan of pilot plant equipment.
- Audit of manufacturing facilities (external manufacturers) in collaboration with the Supply Chain and QA areas.
- Support to the QC/QA area in case of product deviations in the market.
- Assistance support to external manufacturers.
Are you the one we are waiting for?
- Education: University degree or higher studies in Health Sciences: Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food or similar.
- Experience: 3-5 years in semi-solid formulation, technology transfer to third parties and production scale changes in cosmetic and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Languages: English - High Intermediate.
