About the RoleTrane is looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to drive the growth of our Control and Building Management System (BMS/EBMS) solutions for Trane and Kieback&Peter. If you're passionate about HVAC, automation, and energy‐efficiency technologies—and enjoy developing new business—this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Grow market presence for our Control and BMS/EBMS solutions
Identify and develop new business opportunities across key segments (commercial, tertiary, retail, etc.)
Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, technical‐commercial presentations, proposals, and closing
Work closely with product and service sales teams to build competitive proposals
Build strong relationships with customers, engineering firms, installers, and partners
Represent Trane Technologies at events, trainings, and technical presentations
Maintain accurate CRM and forecasting updates
Qualifications
Experience in technical sales, preferably in HVAC, automation, BMS, or controls
Knowledge of HVAC systems, integration, and communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self‐driven, results‐oriented mindset
English proficiency for a multinational environment
Availability to travel within the assigned territory
