We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Barcelona! As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding in-store experience, supporting daily operations and representing the POP MART brand with energy and positivity. Support the Store Manager in daily store operations
Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing
Help with inventory checks and prevent stock loss or damage
Participate in new product launches and merchandising updates
Be a team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive xsgfvud store environment
Be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
At least 2 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role
Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills
Ability to support sales goals and contribute to team performance
Basic experience with cash handling and administrative tasks like scheduling
Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
Familiarity with retail management software and point-of-sale systems
