About Our Offer

About The Job
- Deliver a wide range of daytime and sport activities, interacting with guests of all ages and nationalities.
- Co‑ordinate and deliver the evening programme & events for our main highlights of the week.
- Deliver the highest quality service and guest experience in line with TUI standards.
- Plan and run main events day and evening to create a fun and memorable atmosphere.
About You
- Sociable individual with excellent people skills, personality & confidence to work independently and as part of a small international team.
- Detail‑focused, capable of planning, delivering, and evaluating international activities and events, keeping guest needs in mind.
- Singing, dancing, other skills appreciated but not essential.
- Comfortable communicating and hosting daytime & evening events well in German & English; other languages are advantageous.
- Work in small teams to create unforgettable holiday experience to all guests.
