Santander CIB 2026 Graduate Program - Global Transaction Banking - Europe is a graduate position designed to develop the next generation of leaders in investment banking. The International Graduate Program provides immersive, real-world exposure and helps you build the skills to thrive in a fast-paced, global industry.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Santander CIB Graduate in Global Transaction Banking, you will rotate across GTB sub-product areas (Cash Management, Export & Agency Finance, Trade & Working Capital). During rotations, you will support the execution and development of solutions and perform key tasks, including:
* Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and client opportunities.
* Analyse data to identify high-potential clients, products, and business segments.
* Build sales and proposal materials to help teams pitch ideas and bring products to market.
* Gain hands-on experience in transactional banking and contribute to real operations supporting clients’ day-to-day needs.
* Present projects to the team, partners, and senior leaders, sharing insights and recommendations while learning from experts across the business.

Location & Timing
Location: Based in Europe (Madrid, London, Frankfurt, Paris, the Netherlands, or Milan). The role involves working with teams across geographies and may include travel as required by the position.
Timing: 1 year from July/September 2026 (depending on the country).
