Role- Business Analyst (Actimize)
Location-Spain(Remote)
Type of employment- Permanent (Full time)
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for Actimize SAM/ActOne implementations.
• Translate regulatory and compliance needs into functional specifications.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define workflows, rules, and case management processes.
• Configure and customize Actimize SAM/ActOne modules.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
• Ensure alignment with AML, fraud detection, and compliance standards.
• Partner with developers, QA teams, and product owners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Actimize within the EU region.
• Provide training and guidance to junior analysts and business users.
• Governance & Compliance
• Ensure solutions meet EU regulatory requirements.
• Support audits, documentation, and compliance reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Actimize SAM/ActOne.
• Strong understanding of AML, fraud detection, and compliance processes.
• Hands-on experience in configuring Actimize workflows, rules, and case management
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in multinational EU teams (outside Germany).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to other Actimize modules (e.g., RCM, WLF).
• Knowledge of financial services domain (banking, payments, capital markets).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Certifications in AML/KYC or Actimize platform preferred
